Brochures
are our core business. We produce a high quality,
glossy brochure on heavy photo-quality paper.
Currently we are
set up to expedite real estate brochures, but will work with you to provide
anything you might need. We have been working successfully with Coldwell
Banker agents for some time, but can work with you &
whatever company you're partnered with.

LAYOUT
We currently
have eight brochure templates
ready to use, and we enjoy working with you to develop a custom look to
promote your unique listings. Each template has its own options. Some
rely on text, some on photos, and some a balance of the two. There are
single & double-sided styles available.
When you order online, you
will be automatically prompted about the length of your descriptive text
to make sure that it conforms to the space available in each layout. (This
makes the online order process faster & more reliable for you &
for us.)

PHOTOGRAPHY
One of the basic reasons that
we can supply you with such a high quality product at such a low cost
is that you're in charge of taking your own property photos. You
know your listing best & how it should be presented!
If you are unable to capture
the picture you would like because of bad light or angles or it's an overcast
day, don't worry. Photo retouching is one of
our specialties. We bill at $50.00/hr. in half-hour increments. Click

ORDERS
Brochure orders can be placed online or by downloading the fax-able (928.441.2869)
order form or by calling 323.465.1730.
Submission
If you are familiar with the
layouts, your descriptive text & photos can also be emailed to us
at orders@flynnphoto.com. But
do so only after your order is placed. Be sure
to include the agent contact info, property address & price. For the
best printed results, be sure your photos are at least 1200 x 900 pixels.
(This usually coresponds to the "Fine" or "Best" quality
settings on most digital cameras.) If you would like to use your personal
photo on your layout & it is not available on your company or personal
website, email that photo to us as well.

PROOFS
Brochure proofs will be emailed to you and/or uploaded to the online proofing
site within 1 business day (2 days for two sided brochures) of receipt
of your payment, photos & descriptive text.
Proofing is done either online
via JPEG image, or by an emailed high-quality, secure PDF*

PRICES
Layout fee: $65.00 for single
sided brochures; $80.00 for two sided brochures
Minimum printing order is 25

PRINTING
Brochures will be printed and
ready for shipping within 1 business day (2 business days for two-sided
brochures) of receipt of your FINAL approval of the layout. Once we have
received your signed approval by fax (928.441.2869) your brochures will
be sent to printing. (Note: Approval must be received by fax only, no
verbal or emailed approvals please.)

SCHEDULING
It is always best to allow as much time as possible (especially if you
want to take advantage of the free shipping option of USPS
Priority Mail) but the minimum time
required from receipt of your order till shipping of your printed brochure
(or the free digital delivery of the print-it-yourself PDF) is
two days. This assumes your timely submission of text & photos and
approval of the subsequent proofs.
DELIVERY
Shipping is free
with USPS Priority Mail and usually takes 2 - 3 business days. Fedex is
available for overnight delivery ($25.00); or Saturday delivery ($35.00.)
(Note: Rush service is not available for special &
custom orders.)
Email delivery of the
brochure in a print-it-yourself PDF* file is also available for free

RUSH ORDER BROCHURES
Brochure orders needed by the weekend must have received FINAL approval
no later than 3:00 PM Thursday prior (3:00 PM Wednesday for two-sided
brochures.) Brochures will be shipped out Friday afternoon via FedEx Saturday
Delivery (in the case of print-it-yourself PDF's, it will be emailed to
you by 6:00PM Friday.)
REORDERS:
Brochure reorders will be printed and shipped within 1 business day (2
business days for two-sided brochures) of receipt of order. Reorders can
be placed by phone or email. Please inform us of any changes (i.e., price
reductions, etc.) at the time the reorder is placed. Any text updates
for reorders will be charged at $20.00; photo updates will be charged
at $30.00.
QUANTITY& CUSTOM
ORDERS:
Brochures printed in excess of 100 copies and/or custom layouts may require
more time. Job-length and cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Quotes will be provided upon request.
