Here you see three examples of newspaper advertisments that have been coordinated* with the property's brochure. The advantage of a coordinated ad is that it can be produced with a very short turnaround time, typically within 8 to 12 hours of recieving the order.

The layout fee for a coordinated ad is $45. (The fee for a "stand-alone" ad is $65, and the turnaround time is 24 hours.) The ads will be output in a PDF document that we will email, upon your approval of the layout, directly to the publication** of your choice.
